Characterization of analogue Monolithic Active Pixel Sensor test structures implemented in a 65 nm CMOS imaging process
- 부산대학교에 배분된 아날로그 픽셀 센서(APTS)의 특성을 측정함
- 전세계의 각 연구기관에서 측정한 APTS의 특성 데이터를 취합하여 균일성(Uniformity)을 확인함
- APTS를 가동하는데 사용하는 프록시미티 보드(Proximity board)와 캐리어 보드(Carrier board) 간의 균일성(Uniformity)을 확인함
